Delivery Policy
Please take note, as soon as the transaction for the product is checked and approved, the product in the eBook or the Kindle format (as requested) will be forwarded via email (within 36 hours). To counter security issues on the internet, we prefer to finalise purchases manually. The purchaser will have no need to download any product, it will be forwarded.
Refund Policy
